Great photos as always, Davor.

Years ago, when my sister-in-law was trying to get me to start an Instagram page, she told me to pic a photographic theme that I enjoy, like plants or nature or architecture. Thinking about it, I realized I really like points where human endeavor and nature are battling for prominence, with nature in the lead—ruins, rusty old bridges, cars in the woods, that sort of thing. Trees growing around fence posts.

I did start my Instagram but never stuck with it.

This may be a reminder for you, Don. I bet that it will be a lovely hobby to you. As you said, there’s something special and deep in the decay. Soon I’ll publish here a story about photographing rust and my reasons behind it, which has been boosted today on Medium.
